In times of change—whether you're navigating a career shift, personal reinvention, seeking greater satisfaction, or moving through grief—it can be hard to find your footing.

Return to
Yourself
Once Again

Hi, I’m Hannah.
This is where I come in.

As a grounding guide (a kind of wayfinder through times of change) and an ICF-certified coach and equine-assisted educator, I help you slow down, reconnect, and realign with what’s true for you.

Through private equine-assisted coaching, one-on-one sessions without horses, leadership retreats, and creative gatherings in nature, we create space for you to listen more deeply—to yourself, your body, and your inner direction.

Not to rush clarity, but to allow it to emerge—steadily, honestly, and in a way that feels like your own.

Reconnect with your inner compass—
whether in nature, with horses, or through meaningful community connection.

When Change Isn’t Linear

Some transitions can’t be optimized or pushed through. We need to slow down and reflect to move ahead.

Grief reshapes identity.
Leadership evolves in seasons.
Clarity arrives when there is space to listen.

If you’re here, you may be:

  • navigating grief or loss, personal or professional

  • experiencing an identity or leadership shift

  • tired of performing certainty while feeling misaligned

  • ready to lead and live with more integrity and less urgency

You don’t need fixing.

You need a place where your truth can surface without being rushed.

Ways to Work Together

  • 90-minute one-on-one sessions with horses hosted at Equus Insight in Washoe Valley, NV.

    • A somatic, experiential way to see yourself more clearly and reconnect with your own sense of alignment.

  • For those who prefer or need a virtual or non-equine space.

    • Grounded, reflective coaching to support identity shifts, decision-making, and integration. Focused on discovering your personal integrity.

  • In partnership with Equus Insight, I offer retreats for organizations and groups seeking deeper connection, communication, and aligned leadership.

  • Opportunities to step out of your day-to-day life, slow down, and reconnect—in nature, in community, and with yourself in new and unexpected ways.

What It’s Like to Work Together

You don’t need experience with horses.
You don’t need to have the right words.

We start with where you are.

This work is grounded, reflective, and experiential. Sometimes that happens in conversation. Sometimes it happens in the presence of a horse, where what you’re experiencing becomes visible in a different way.

Horses respond to what’s real. They don’t interpret or analyze—they reflect.

That reflection can show you where you’re in alignment, where you’re holding tension, and where something isn’t quite matching up.

From there, we slow down.

We notice what’s true.

We create space for what’s shifting.
And we begin to move forward—steadily, in a way that feels more like your own.

An Introduction

Hi, I’m Hannah—an ICF certified professional coach and Horse Dream certified equine-assisted learning practitioner who works with people navigating change.

My work is shaped by years of sitting at thresholds, personal and professional, where identity shifts, grief reshapes direction, and the old ways of leading no longer fit. I don’t believe in pushing through these moments. I believe in meeting them with presence, discernment, and care.

I see growth as cyclical, influenced by seasons that can draw us closer to, or further from, ourselves. At Hest Creative, my work is about slowing the pace, shifting the tide toward alignment, and supporting purpose-driven reflection so you can return to your authentic self, steadier, clearer, and more fully authored.

You don’t have to rush to figure everything out.

There is value in slowing down. In listening more closely. In giving yourself space to understand what’s changing—and what wants to emerge. To grieve what was never felt.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to what’s already there, and learning how to trust it again.

Not to find direction outside of yourself—but to reconnect with the one that’s already yours. When you’re ready,
I’m here to walk alongside you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all.

Most people I work with have little to no experience with horses.

Everything we do is guided, on the ground, and at your pace. You don’t need to know how to “do” anything. You just need to show up as you are.

  • No.

All sessions are ground-based. The work happens through observation, presence, and interaction—not riding.

  • That’s completely okay.

We move slowly, and nothing is forced. In many ways, that awareness becomes part of the work—learning how to notice what you’re feeling and stay connected to yourself within it.

    You’re always in choice.

  • You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Some people come with a clear question. Others come with a feeling they can’t quite name.

We start with where you are, and the process unfolds from there.

  • This work is experiential.

Instead of staying in conversation alone, we include the body, the environment, and the presence of the horse. That allows you to see and feel patterns in real time—not just think about them.

It often brings a different kind of clarity—one that feels more immediate and grounded.

  • This work supports you through a wide range of experiences, including:

    • life transitions and identity shifts

    • grief and loss

    • decision-making and clarity

    • leadership and communication

    • feeling stuck or out of alignment

    • reconnecting with yourself

If you’re in a space of change, uncertainty, or growth, this work can meet you there.

  • We begin with a conversation.

From there, we move into the space with the horses for a guided experience. You might observe, interact, or engage in a simple exercise.

Afterward, we reflect together—connecting what you experienced back to your life.

Each session is shaped by you, so no two are exactly the same.

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.

You’ll be outdoors, so layers are helpful depending on the season.

  • Sessions take place in Washoe Valley, Nevada, in partnership with Equus Insight.

You’ll be in a natural, outdoor setting with space to slow down and step away from your day-to-day environment.

  • Yes.

If you prefer a virtual or non-equine setting, I offer private coaching sessions that follow the same grounded, reflective approach.

  • You don’t need to be certain.

If you feel a pull toward slowing down, reconnecting, or understanding yourself more deeply—that’s enough to start.

Sessions are book individually or as a package.

  • Start with a conversation.

We’ll talk about what you’re navigating, what you’re looking for, and whether this feels like the right fit.
